OUR STORY

I'm Brett, the Owner of LGK Modern Homes. I am a born and bred South Australian, who has always had a passion for delivering quality work.

I started my working career in floor finishings and worked laying floors for 15 years before wanting a change and moving into landscaping. I enjoyed working outdoors, but mostly enjoyed delivering projects for people and improving the look and functionality of their outdoor areas . It was here I realised I wanted to move more fully into the building industry and I started studying at night to get my residential builders license.

I started working for a volume builder, supervising the delivery of new homes, working with customers and trades daily, completing over 250 homes in my time with the builder. I continued my study at night and obtained my builder’s license and soon after, LGK Modern Homes was born.

Named after our two daughters, LGK Modern Homes is a family run business.

Me - the builder and jack of all trades, my wife - the marketer with an eye for interior design and our two daughters - the inspiration.

We specialise in new custom homes, whether it be a single, double and townhouse home, anywhere in Adelaide.

We are committed to delivering quality homes, openness and honesty, a client first approach and continuous advancement.

We pride ourselves on our systems and processes, ensuring a seamless journey from first contact through to the handover of your home.
