We will work with you to design and build your dream home from start to finish.
You can come to us with your own designs or we also offer a design service. We know building your dream home can be stressful and making big selections decisions can be tough so we allow flexibility throughout the build, giving you peace of mind that you get the house you want.

TURNKEY HOMES
Purchasing one of our turnkey homes will give you peace of mind of a fixed price home and completion date, with all the choices made for you.
All you need to do is move in and enjoy your new home.
BUILD MANAGEMENT
We offer a range of services to assist you when you build your own home.
Owner builds need a licensed building supervisor to sign off on your construction, ensuring your trades are complying to building regulations and engineering requirements.
We will liaise with the council on your behalf and notify PlanSA of mandatory stages/inspection.
Then finally when your build is completed, we are able to sign off on your certificate of satisfaction.
We also offer full project management services, assisting with suppliers and trades.
We have a ten step process we work to in delivering custom new home builds.
